Cobweb is a Status Condition applying Trait. It's currently exclusive to Akranox.
Effect[edit]
Cobweb causes all of the holder's Techniques to inflict the target with the 
Trapped Condition for 2 turns. If they're already affected by the Trapped Condition, the holder inflicts them with the 
Poisoned Condition.
