Half Full is a Stat Stage Change applying and HP affecting Trait. It's currently exclusive to Scaravolt.

Effect

Half Full gifts the holder with ATK , DEF , SPATK , and SPDEF  but also causes them to lose 50% of their maximum HP upon entering the battlefield with full HP once per battle.
