Loali is a woman with a rebellious appearance and personality, who lives in Nanga with her father StarGazer. She hates that she is named after a Temtem, being openly critical of both her name and the "hippie flowergobbler" lifestyle that she blames for the name. This seems to be a source of conflict with her parents, as she is first encountered in the midst of an argument with her father.
After reaching Cipanku, Loali can also be found in Neoedo's Citizen's Bureau Central Offices, albeit with a different appearance. When talked to, she announces her intent to finally change her name, referencing the building's (planned but currently unimplemented) ability to let players change their Tamer names.
- If the player asks what Loali is considering changing her name to, she announces that "Max" is the frontrunner because "it's nice, simple, and gender-neutral".
- The player can instead suggest that Loali changes her name to the player's name, but Loali laughs at and insults the name idea.
- Loali is the only NPC who can be permanently found in two separate locations.
- Loali is a possible delivery target for the postal service, either in Nanga or Neoedo. This can hilariously result in players being tasked to "Deliver the food parcel to Loali in Nanga," which may cause confusion for players who are unfamiliar with the NPC, as actual Loali can be encountered nearby.
