This is an example page for the general format of Trait pages. (Everything styled like this is an explanation of the area).
Aerobic[edit]
(The Trait Infobox is the most important and first part of any Trait page. All the information in the Infobox is used in various other places thanks to cargo. See Template:Trait Infobox/doc for information and options on how to fill it out.)

Aerobic is a Stat Stage Change applying Trait and is currently exclusive to Volarend.
(This is the page description or "lede", its the first thing that appears under a page name when searching for it. It consists of a single line that states the general effect of the Trait, a link to the general Traits page and weather or not its currently exclusive to a Temtem. If the Trait stats the name of a Temtem, such as with Striking Transmog and Landing Transmog, state that it's a signature Trait of the Temtem.)

Style guide/Traits causes the Temtem to get SPDEF 
and SPD 
whenever they use a 
Wind Technique.
