Tulcan (#132) is a Wind /Fire Temtem.
It evolves from Tuwai after being brought to the Fire Shrine at the Altar of the Inner Flame. It's one of Tuwai's final evolutions, the others being: Tukai, Tuvine, Turoc, Tuwire and Tutsu.

Description

Physical Appearance

Tulcan is a large, fiery orange avian Temtem. It has a red toucan-like beak with a light orange stripe across the middle of the beak, which has an uneven flame-like pattern. A dark red mask surrounds Tulcan's face, with two feathers extending above its amber eyes and one below on each side. It has a ponytail-like mane made of fire, and a tail also made of a central mass of fire with two small side tufts. A ring of orange feathers separates Tulcan's upper body from a tan "corset" around its midsection, with another ring of tan feathers at the bottom to separate its lower body. Tulcan's large wings end in a ruffle of small feathers before separating out into long, individual tan feathers. Its thin orange legs end in three talons, with red tips on the two front talons.

Some Temtemologists argue that Tulcan are the remains of an extinct species endemic to the upper slopes of Anak before the breakup of the island, alluded to Myrislan myth as 'firebreezers' and Cipanki folklore as 'flame kami'.
