Works in a similar manner as the Battles Top and Quest Header templates. Both templates are combined into this template. Now requiring only one template to make either header. The other two templates will slowly be phased out for this one.

Various inputs can be accepted for each header. There is no default state for this template, it's not really intended to be used without any input at all. But the Quests header does have a default state, and will automatically choose Quests over Side Quests for the title if left empty.

Note: The Bottom template is required to show this template properly. It adds the closing tags to the set of templates. Otherwise it won't display properly.
