Captain Magda is the captian of the Rorqual, the ship the player can utilize after the crash of the Narwhal.

She can be located at the north Quetzal airship docks at Berth B, in front of her airship. And due to the ruckus Clan Belsoto is causing, refuses to fly the player, or anyone, to Kisiwa. But will take over the role of ferrying passengers to any location before Tucma.
