Hyperkinetic Strike deals damage to a single target.
Hyperkinetic Strike's damage formula is close, but not exactly equal to, the combination of the damage it would deal based on SPATK and the damage it would deal based on SPD. The exact formula is intended to be:

- Hyperkinetic Strike is unique in that it uses a modified version of the damage formula to do damage based on both SPD and SPATK.[1]
