Description

Physical Appearance

Arachnyte is a spider-like temtem, bearing resemblance to certain species of orb-weavers. It's body is mostly grey with a segmented black underside. It has eight dark-grey legs in total. Three long legs on each side of it's body that it uses for movement, and two smaller legs on the front of it's body to the sides of it's head that it keeps elevated off the ground. It has an ovular, light-grey head with almond shaped teal-blue eyes, white mandibles, and a triangular dark-grey plate over it's head resembling a helmet. The plate has four red dots resembling normal spider eyes. Three large black spines protrude from the top of it's abdomen in a triangular formation, with more smaller, white spines protruding along the sides of it's abdomen. There are two, slightly lighter-grey half-ring patterns on the front half of it's abdomen, curved inward slightly to resemble a pair of eyes. The half-ring patterns, along with lighter-grey stripes on the ends of it's forelegs, change color when it's trait, Adaptive, is activated.
