Tukai (#131) is a Wind /Water Temtem.
It evolves from Tuwai after being brought to the Water Shrine at Dabmis' Rest. It's one of Tuwai's final evolutions, the others being: Tulcan, Tuvine, Turoc, Tuwire and Tutsu.

Description

Physical Appearance

Tukai is a large dark blue avian Temtem. It has an orange, turquoise-tipped beak with a dark red mouth and two white spots on its upper beak. Tukai has two long feathers on the back of its head, with a white underside on the top feather, and its eyes have blue irises, white pupils, and two turquoise tufts under each eye. Tukai has a thin, pale blue chevron on its neck, and a much thicker white chevron on its belly that extends past its legs, with two small turquoise marks. It has orange legs, turquoise three-toed feet, and dark blue front toes. Tukai's tail is made of two long feathers: the top feather is white, and the bottom feather is dark blue with a turquoise underside. Most notably, Tukai's wings are made almost entirely of flowing water.

It is unclear whether Professor Konstantinos ever discovered this evolution, with its flaming aquamarine wings - a true feat of meta-mimetic evolution, unseen elsewhere in the whole Archipelago.
