Description

Physical Appearance

Saipat is a duck-like Temtem with a patient and strong demeanor. Its body is covered in reddish purple feathers with a pale spot around its belly. Its face has a yellow bill and brown eyes with thick black eyebrows. A dull navy blue helmet shaped like a clamshell, with cream-colored trim, is fastened to its head with a green seaweed chinstrap. It wields a red coral sai.

Tempedia

Nothing says 'amateur' like making fun of Saipat. Sure, they might look comical at first sight, but nobody who has faced a totally focused Saipat, sturdy coral sai in hand, takes them anything but seriously.

Trivia

• Saipat first appeared as small pieces of an image that were slowly revealed in the official Temtem Discord, until fans guessed its design while creating fan art.
• Purple paint is traditionally made from the discarded shells of growing Saipat. They are carefully collected from where the young adult Saipat discard them, then crushed into a fine powder.
• Saipat has an emote on the official Temtem Discord.
