The Corrupted Badlands are a region in the southeast of Tucma's surface, which, like the rest of the surface, has been made dangerous by toxic gases. The region is filled with surface-dwelling scavengers and bandits, who call themselves the "Forgotten Ones" and "Masters of the Corrupted Badlands". It is strongly recommended to wear a breathing mask at all times in this area.

Appearance

The Corrupted Badlands cuts a winding path across the surface of Tucma, featuring dark soil and blackened shrubs, with patches of bright red grass that Temtem can be encountered in. Crystals protrude from the ground, and several types of plant life are present, including luminescent vines that retract when players approach and crystal-covered mushrooms. Due to the noxious fumes in the environment, a variety of Toxic Temtem thrive here.
