The Historical Customs Office is a building that once acted as the border between Tucma and Kisiwa, accessible by the Rock-hopping hook. Now that the rock-hopping trail has largely been abandoned in favor of airships, it simply stands as a monument to the islands' relationship. It is the player's first point of entry to Kisiwa.
