Starting[edit]
Speak to Ibrahima in his flat on the third floor (elevator button 2) of his building in Neoedo.

- Help Ibrahima find his stuff.
- See if Ibrahima needs something else?
- Get Ibrahima's manga from Mahlote's flat.
- Ask Mahlote about Ibrahima's manga.
- Find that anime fan in the neighborhood.
- Return the manga to Ibrahima.

Ask Mahlote about Ibrahima's manga.[edit]
Find that anime fan in the neighborhood.[edit]
Exit Ibrahima's building and enter the second building to the north. Speak to the Anime enthusiast in her home to recieve Turay's Revenge.
Return the manga to Ibrahima.[edit]
Return and speak to Ibrahima, who rewards the player with TC032: Refresh for returning their manga.
